About: Punat is a village, port and marina on the eastern part of the Puntarska (Kosljunska) Cove, separated by the Prniba peninsula from the Krk Bay, on the south-eastern coast of the island of Krk, 8 km southeast of the town of Krk. Situated on the local, branching road of the main road (M29) running through the island of Krk.Named after a bridge (Lat. pons) which used to stand at the entrance into the Puntarska Cove, connecting Prniba with the eastern coast. Punat is popular for its beautiful beaches situated in the immediate vicinity of the town and only accessible by boat. Punat has its town beach within Puntarska draga (Punat Bay), suitable for children and seniors, with improved access to the sea, shallow water and protective barriers for the bathers. As soon as you leave the bay, you will find gravelly beaches – a landmark of the island. The beaches are numerous and a bather will always find a spot, while the leisure time can be spent on sporting activities offered on the beach (water sports, beach volley, windsurfing, ski-lift, paragliding, jet ski, aqua park...). 100 metres from the town centre, in front of the campsite Pila, begins an area of concrete beaches where you can enjoy lying in the sun or in the shade of tamarisks. The beach disposes of many facilities and services: pastry shops, cafés, shops, sunshades and deck chairs renting. The little Punat train will take you to the charming pebbly beaches at the end of the bay where you will find, apart from the crystally-clean sea, a number of sports facilities: water slides, parasailing, beach volleyball, banana boats etc.
For a particular experience of intact nature, discover our secluded pebbly beaches. Taxi boats from the port will take you to hidden, just your beaches.

Punat Marina has 750 berths in the sea and 300 places on the land. Punat is one of the leading centres of yachting tourism on the Croatian coastline. The sea in front of the town is shallow, and the bottom muddy; towards the open sea, on the so-called Usta (Mouth), the depth is between 2.5 and 3 m.

Svi znamo za naše pravo pristupa svojim osobnim podacima iz članka 15. GDPR-a i da pri tom moramo dobiti sve relevantne informacije KOJE naše osobne podatke KAKO i U KOJU svrhu s KOJIM pravnim temeljem obrađuje neki voditelj obrade, s KIM ih dijeli, odakle mu, KAKO dugo ih zadržava i KOJA su nam ostala prava iz GDPR-a.

Pri tom imamo pravo dobiti i kopiju naših osobnih podataka.

No, u članku 15. stavku 4. navedena je iznimka od prava na dobivanje kopije, ako bi se njenim davanjem negativno utjecalo na "prava i slobode drugih".

Jedna od situacija kad je takva iznimka primjenjiva je slučaj davanja kopije snimke videonadzora, kad bi voditelj obrade morao zamutiti, odnosno, zamagliti ili zablurati druge osobe na snimci na kojoj se treba prikazati samo osobu koja traži pristup svojim osobnim podacima, odnosno, toj snimci.

No, definicija iznimke radi sprječavanja negativnog utjecaja na prava i slobode drugih ima i širi spektar "primjene".

Slučaj iz Njemačke nam daje takav primjer.

Fizička osoba polagala je ispit iz znanja stranog jezika i pala je na istome.

Pozvala se na svoje pravo na pristup osobnim podacima i pravo na dobivanje kopije osobnih podataka prema članku 15. stavku 3. GDPR-a, što je organizacija koja organizira takve testove odbila.

Ponudili su fizičkoj osobi da može ostvariti osobni uvid u svoj test, s obzirom da samo manji dio testa sadrži osobne podatke fizičke osobe i da bi se davanjem kopije cijelog testa ugrozila tajnost samog testa.

Stvar je završila na lokalnom sudu u Frankfurtu, utvrdivši nedvosmisleno da svi odgovori fizičke osobe jesu njezini osobni podaci, ali sama testna pitanja to nisu.

Istovremeno je sud odvagnuo čiji je interes jači između interesa fizičke osobe za pristupom vlastitim osobnim podacima i interesa organizacije za osiguranjem tajnosti samih pitanja u testu.

S obzirom da su utvrdili da razvoj takvih jezičnih testova iziskuje složen proces uz ulaganje značajnih napora, a sami testovi koriste se u svrhu naturalizacije stranaca i izostanak tajnosti testova može uzrokovati da se takvi testovi proglase neprimjerenima za utvrđivanje jezičnih vještina, da bi se otkrivanjem kopije testnih pitanja ugrozila poduzetnička sloboda organizacije koja provodi testove.

Stoga su dali za pravo organizaciji kao voditelju obrade da ima pravo odbiti dati kopiju testa temeljem članka 15. stavka 4. GDPR-a, a pri tom pravo na pristup osobnim podacima nije u cijelosti uskraćeno davanjem mogućnosti uvida fizičkoj osobi u njen primjerak testa.

Poland and Croatia have joined a powerful new NATO coalition designed to establish a shared European fleet of Airbus A400M heavy cargo aircraft. The landmark transport initiative, signed on July 7, 2026, during the NATO Summit Defense Industry Forum in Ankara, Turkey, aims to eliminate critical bottlenecks in moving troops and military hardware across the continent.

The agreement brings together a total of seven allied nations, including Belgium, France, Spain, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. Known as a high-visibility project, the program operates on a strategic pooling and sharing framework. Rather than forcing every individual nation to buy, store, and maintain its own expensive group of heavy transport planes, the participating allies will share operational flight hours, maintenance facilities, spare parts, and training programs.

For Poland and Croatia, the agreement represents a major tactical victory. Neither nation currently owns or operates the large, four-engine Airbus A400M airlifter, relying instead on much smaller cargo planes to move assets. Buying and managing a standalone heavy fleet is often prohibitively expensive for mid-sized militaries. By entering this cooperative pact, Warsaw and Zagreb secure reliable access to long-range heavy transport without the crushing upfront financial burden.

The choice of the Airbus A400M provides the new multinational fleet with immense operational flexibility. The turboprop aircraft fills a crucial performance gap, carrying up to 37 tons of heavy equipment, armored combat vehicles, or medical supplies directly into areas with short, rough, or unpaved airstrips. This capability allows the alliance to rapidly land fully equipped infantry units or humanitarian aid directly onto front-line locations where standard, large transport jets cannot safely land.

The project is modeled directly after NATO's highly successful multinational air-refueling tanker program. Under that established framework, nine European nations successfully share a fleet of Airbus A330 aircraft to keep alliance fighter jets fueled in mid-air. By applying this proven blueprint to cargo transport, NATO defense planners expect to significantly lower long-term logistics costs while ensuring all member nations have immediate access to strategic transport during an emergency.

This collaborative agreement successfully establishes a shared European heavy transport program, providing Poland, Croatia, and their NATO allies with cost-effective, long-range airlift capabilities to rapidly deploy forces and defend continental borders.
