Ako skrenete pažnju na njegove/njene greške onda umišljate, pretjerujete.

Ako se požalite na bolove, bolest ili bilo šta, oni govore: "Nije to ništa, kako je meni." Umanjuju svaki vaš problem.

Treće: Postepeno odvajaju vas od rodbine, djece (ako ste imali iz prvog braka), pa onda i prijatelja, govoreći o svakom pojedinačno najgore.

Počinje mu smetati vaše dijete i buni se ako bi ste dijete poveli sa sobom npr u šetnju ili na put neki.
Sebe konstantno stavlja u fokus.

Četvrto: Ne cijeniš, šta god uradi za tebe, ja se iscrpljujem da svima bude lijepo, ti ne cijeniš to, ti ne radiš ništa, ti si lijen/a.

Ne podnose kritike i uvijek su nezadovoljni, gdje god da ode u svemu nađu mane, pa čak i ako događaj ili mjesto kao iz bajke.

Cilj je da ovisiš o njemu ili njoj emocionalno, socijalno. Nesmije da vam smeta njegovo ili njeno društvo, ali zato vaše društvo će da smeta vašem partneru.

Uvijek će glumiti žrtvu iako ni bližnji sa njim/njom ne govore. Manipulator na kraju
