Najnovije Zakonske Izmjene Vezane uz HRVI Mirovine

Zakonske izmjene iz 2023. godine donijele su značajna poboljšanja za hrvatske ratne vojne invalide s invaliditetom od 20%. Izmjene uključuju povećanje osnovice za izračun mirovina s dotadašnjih 45% na 55% od utvrđene proračunske osnovice. Ova promjena rezultirala je prosječnim povećanjem mirovine za 180-220 eura mjesečno ovisno o mirovinskom stažu.

Dodatno je uvedena i posebna zaštitna klauzula koja osigurava da mirovine HRVI 20% nikada ne padnu ispod 75% prosječne neto plaće u Republici Hrvatskoj. Važna je i nova odredba koja omogućava retroaktivnu primjenu pojedinih prava za razdoblje od šest mjeseci prije podnošenja zahtjeva, što ranije nije bilo moguće.

Osim financijskih poboljšanja, novim zakonom prošireni su i zdravstveni benefiti koji uključuju pravo na fizikalnu terapiju jednom godišnje bez uputnice te besplatne preventivne preglede svake dvije godine. Značajno je pojednostavljen i administrativni postupak ostvarivanja prava, s posebnim naglaskom na digitalizaciju procesa kroz sustav e-Građani.

Za ostvarivanje novih prava HRVI s 20% invaliditetom ne moraju podnositi nove zahtjeve jer se povećanja primjenjuju automatski. Iznimka su samo specifični slučajevi retroaktivnih isplata gdje je potrebno podnijeti zasebni zahtjev Ministarstvu hrvatskih branitelja u roku od godinu dana od stupanja izmjena na snagu.
