Kako izgleda prijevara?

Nakon klika na poveznicu, korisniku se prikazuje lažna stranica s navodnim natjecanjem, gdje su glasovi djece gotovo izjednačeni kako bi se stvorio osjećaj hitnosti. Prilikom pokušaja glasanja, od
korisnika se traži da upiše svoj broj mobitela te da instalira aplikaciju ili potvrdi prijavu putem koda.

U tom trenutku prevaranti mogu preuzeti kontrolu nad WhatsApp računom.
