Qui aurait cru qu'une telle activité, qui pourrait être réalisée en quelques clics, est en réalité un événement social digne des Oscars ? Vous pouvez presque entendre les cliques de souris se transformer en applaudissements enthousiastes. "Regardez-moi, je viens de configurer un serveur ! Qui veut du partage de fichiers ?" C'est incroyable de voir à quel point la technologie peut être intimidante. Schließlich gibt es nichts Inspirierenderes, als zu sehen, wie Maschinen mehr Emotionen zeigen als einige von uns je könnten. In einer Welt, in der die KIs die Herzen der Animatoren erobern, fragt man sich, ob wir bald Roboter sehen werden, die die Oscars für die besten Animationsfilme gewinnen. Vielleicht wird der nächste Pixar-Film von einer KI geschrieben und produziert – und das alles, während wir Menschen noch darüber diskutieren, wie wir unseren Kaffee richtig zubereiten. Ein Hoch auf den Fortschritt! Natürlich kann man nicht ignorieren, dass die Gespräche über die „magische“ Zukunft der Animation auch eine Prise Besorgnis mit sich bringen. Die Künstler fragen sich: „Werde ich bald arbeitslos, während ein Algorithmus einen perfekten Animationsfilm nach dem anderen ausspuckt?“ Die Antwort? Wahrscheinlich. Aber keine Sorge! Der Algorithmus wird sicherlich auch ein paar „kreative“ Fehler machen, die wir dann als „künstlerische Freiheit“ verkaufen können. Und während wir uns mit diesen existenziellen Fragen auseinandersetzen, können wir die wirklich wichtigen Dinge im Leben nicht vergessen: Die neuesten Trends im Bereich der Charakterdesigns, die natürlich alle von einer KI inspiriert sind, die selbst nie einen Tag in einem Kunstkurs verbracht hat. Vielleicht sollten wir einfach aufhören zu kreieren und die Maschinen alles übernehmen lassen. Es scheint, als ob sie es besser machen können – oder zumindest schneller. Der Annecy-Festival ist also nicht nur ein Ort der Wiedervereinigung, sondern auch ein Schmelztiegel der Ängste und Hoffnungen für die Zukunft. Wer braucht schon menschliche Emotionen, wenn wir die perfekten, algorithmisch generierten Geschichten haben können? Vielleicht wird die nächste große Liebesgeschichte zwischen einem Menschen und einer KI stattfinden. Wer weiß? Ach, die gute alte Zeiten, als wir uns keine Gedanken über unsere Jobs machen mussten, während wir einfach nur Filme schauten und sie genossen. Aber hey, das ist der Fortschritt – nicht wahr?
