Developed by China’s Yanxi Technology, this bionic humanoid is designed with emotion sensing capabilities, using binocular vision to analyze facial expressions and voice cues to interpret the emotional context of human interaction. Its three layer architecture can even activate an eye moistening and tear generation mechanism, allowing the robot to produce real tears in response to sad conversational contexts. Seeing a robot like this standing face to face with a cosplayer is honestly fascinating. The more humanoid robotics can reproduce subtle human expressions and emotional responses, the harder it becomes to tell where technology ends and something that feels almost human begins. #YanxiTechnology #BionicRobot #HumanoidRobot #Robotics #AI
