GRADONAČELNIK ORLIĆ ĆE NAĆI RJEŠENJE ZA JOŠ JEDAN PROBLEM KOJI JE OSTAVILA IKIĆ BANIČEK Grad Sisak primio je pravomoćnu odluku sudskog procesa koji je punih 12 godina vodila bivša vlast, a od tadašnje oporbe i svih građana skrivani su papiri i informacije. NOVI KOSTURI IZ ORMARA IKIĆ BANIČEK-SISKU PRESUDA DA PLATI 25 MILIJUNA EURA Radi se o tužbi povodom izgradnje sportske dvorane, a u presudi je potvrđeno da Grad Sisak mora isplatiti odštetu od 25 milijuna eura na ime štete i sudskih troškova. "Kristina Ikić Baniček je imala punih 12 godina, čak 3 mandata da riješi slučaj dvorane. Nije joj bilo stalo do niti jednog djeteta koje je trebalo koristiti ovu dvoranu, niti učenika škole Kukuljević, Gimnazije, Strukovne, sada i Ekonomske... Sve bi nas trebala zabrinuti činjenica kako je bivša gradonačelnica Kristina Ikić Baniček imala priliku tijekom godina spor riješiti mirnim putem i izbjeći daljnju eskalaciju sudskog postupka, no kako smo upravo saznali, ona je ignorirala sve pozive na nagodbu i mirno rješavanje spora te maltretirala ljude protutužbama iako su, čuli smo, pravni stručnjaci upozoravali kako je cijeli ovaj proces ozbiljan rizik za Grad. Njenim nečinjenjem, inertnošću, bahatošću i neriješavanjem ovoga slučaja, danas imamo situaciju da moramo platiti 25 milijuna eura sudske presude u narednih 15 dana. Kristina Ikić Baniček je imala priliku kroz čak tri mandata za puno manji iznos, riješiti ovaj predmet kao što je bila riješena dvorana u Budaševu i vrtić Različak koji su bili dio tog paketa. Kako je to rješeno, a dvoranu je ostavila da trune na obilaznici? Mi ćemo naći rješenje za ovo, kao što smo i našli za druge izazove. Neću dozvoliti da se ugrozi funkcioniranje cijelog gradskog sustava. Podsjetit ću s kakvim se kosturima nosimo zadnjih mjeseci; negativno izvješće državne revizije o vođenju grada Kristine Ikić Baniček, izgradila je ledenu dvoranu bez uporabne dozvole pa smo dobili rješenje državnog inspektorata o uklanjanju, nenamjensko trošenje sredstava i cijeli niz skandaloznih pogrešnih odluka koji idu na štetu Siščana. Kao legalisti koji poštuju zakone Republike Hrvatske, mi presudu uvažavamo, ali paralelno smo se aktivirali na sve strane kako bismo ublažili štetu za Grad Sisak i pronašli najbolje rješenje.
