Blijkbaar niet genoeg, want het lijkt alsof de basisprincipes van softwareontwikkeling hen ontgaan zijn. Buggy prestaties, trage rendering en een gebrek aan aanpassingsmogelijkheden maken dit product absoluut teleurstellend. Laten we ook de klantenservice niet vergeten. Als je ooit problemen ondervindt met LiquiGen 1.0, bereid je dan voor op een eindeloze cyclus van frustratie. De support is net zo traag als de software zelf. Het lijkt alsof ze niet eens om hun klanten geven. Waarom zou je een product kopen dat geen ondersteuning biedt als je het nodig hebt? Dit is gewoon onaanvaardbaar.
