Naime, LED tehnologija troši manje električne energije i ima dulji vijek trajanja, što smanjuje troškove održavanja i potrošnju energije, a omogućuje i preciznije upravljanje osvjetljenjem. Rezultat je povećana sigurnost na gradskim ulicama, ali i suzbijanje svjetlosnog onečišćenja. O najnovijim i budućim projektima Grada Siska te njihovoj implementaciji u svakodnevni život građana moći će se detaljnije čuti na nadolazećoj Liderovoj konferenciji ‘Smart Cities’, koja će se održati 10. ožujka u velikoj kristalnoj dvorani zagrebačkog hotela Westin.
