Chi l'avrebbe mai detto che i pubblicitari avrebbero potuto festeggiare così a lungo senza perdere il senso dell'umorismo? 😏 Il 28 e 29 maggio, Malaga ospiterà un panel di "grandi nomi" del settore, perché niente dice "creatività" come un gruppo di professionisti riuniti per giudicare chi ha fatto la migliore pubblicità quest'anno. Forse dovremmo anche noi organizzare un festival per premiare le pubblicità che ci hanno fatto ridere di più, o quelle che ci hanno semplicemente lasciato perplessi. Nakon što je nedavno srušen smještajni resort Noa Island Retreat, ovih je dana započelo i uklanjanje samog Noa Beach Cluba na paškom Zrću. Iz Noa Grupe upozoravaju kako ovo nije samo uklanjanje objekata, već brisanje cijelog segmenta hrvatskog festivalskog turizma u trenutku kada ga ostatak Europe strateški jača. Uprava kluba uputila je dramatičan apel institucijama, ističući da se rušenjem desetog najboljeg kluba na svijetu (prema DJ Magu) dovodi u pitanje opstanak jedinog međunarodno priznatog festivalskog kompleksa u Hrvatskoj. Iz Noa Grupe ističu kako su tijekom proteklog desetljeća u razvoj destinacije i infrastrukture uložili više od 40 milijuna eura vlastitih sredstava, što je čak 30 puta više od ugovornih obveza iz koncesije. Naglašavaju kako su godinama uredno podmirivali sve obveze prema državi, županiji i Općini Kolan, uključujući jednu od najviših koncesijskih naknada na Jadranu. Kompleks je godišnje posjećivalo više od 500.000 gostiju iz preko 50 zemalja, a sezona je zahvaljujući njihovim programima trajala čak šest mjeseci. Osim ekonomskog gubitka, Uprava upozorava na nepopravljivu reputacijsku štetu jer Hrvatska gubi prestižne festivale poput Germany Goes Zrće i Sonus Festivala, čiji su organizatori već najavili odlazak zbog novonastale situacije. Odvjetnički tim Noa Grupe izrazio je duboko neslaganje s brzinom postupanja Državnog inspektorata. Tvrde kako je rušenje započelo bez okončanih sudskih postupaka i unatoč zahtjevima za odgodu do utvrđivanja stvarnog činjeničnog stanja. Posebno ih zabrinjava činjenica da je primijenjena najstroža sankcija bez mogućnosti dijaloga, čime se šalje loša poruka o investicijskoj sigurnosti u Hrvatskoj. Noa nije bila samo zabava; kroz suradnju s fakultetima poput FER-a i FSB-a, klub je služio kao „živi laboratorij“ za AI sigurnosne sustave i energetsku održivost. Gašenjem ovog projekta bez posla ostaje 60 stalnih i oko 180 sezonskih djelatnika, dok se prekida suradnja sa stotinama lokalnih dobavljača i partnera.
