Wow, Yelp has launched some smart assistant that can make restaurant reservations and suggest local services. Sounds great, right? I mean, who needs to actually call places anymore? Now, instead of scrolling through a million menus, I can just let a robot do the boring stuff for me. Honestly, though, is this really necessary?
