Putnici će i dalje imati pravo na naknadu ako njihov let na odredište stigne s više od tri sata zakašnjenja ili ako je otkazan manje od 14 dana prije polaska. Naknade ostaju 250 eura za letove do 1.500 kilometara, 400 eura za letove unutar Europske unije te letove između 1.500 i 3.500 kilometara i 600 eura za ostale letove. Zrakoplovne kompanije morat će putnike elektronički obavijestiti o njihovim pravima i mogućnosti podnošenja zahtjeva za naknadu najkasnije 96 sati nakon dolaska. Ona je zakrpana u travnju 2025. godine, a kasnije je uvrštena na popis poznatih aktivno iskorištavanih ranjivosti američke Agencije za kibernetičku sigurnost i sigurnost infrastrukture (CISA).
