Hard boil the eggs, then cool completely and peel carefully. 2. Slice a small portion off the bottom of each egg so they stand upright. 3. Cut the top third off each egg and set the tops aside to use as “hats.” 4. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. 5. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and mustard until smooth and creamy. 6.
