How can I communicate my feelings to those who have hurt me in a productive way?

The stark reality of it all is most don’t give a **** about your feelings. Your feelings don’t matter and never did. Once you realize this you will most likely start keeping a lot more feelings to yourself.

People may act like they care, but they don’t.

Their solution is to tell you **** they aren’t doing, only in hopes you doing something they aren’t. Watch people, don’t listen.

It’s called projection. I used to do that a lot. Now I’m trying to learn to let people have THIER feelings, no matter what they are feeling.

It’s not up to me to tell them to stop feeling something they are. I’m working on trying to listen, and if the environment is toxic, I do my best to remove myself from it, but me, being me, I love toxic.

Feelings are crazy, but they don’t define us. It’s our internal regulation of processing from our past, and more importantly experiences. Everyone feels different, and there is no right, or wrong way to feel.

And when my feelings get intense, I do my best to not react. I wait, and do my best to respond. The last thing a person needs is a frustrated ******* telling them what feeling they are having is wrong, and shouldn’t be having it.

Negativity breeds change, positivity keeps it once you find it.

Hang in there.
