Ronald Keith Davis, a 37-year-old Pennsylvania police officer, forcefully took his girlfriend to a mental health institution after she made a move to break up with him.
The cop who is married with children held the woman in a “wrestling-style hold’ before proceeding to have her arrested. In the video someone recorded, the woman could be heard shouting “I can’t breathe” but he didn’t release his grip.
