U slučajevima koji se smatraju „iznimno gnusnima“ i s „iznimno teškim posljedicama“, sudovi su ovlašteni izreći smrtnu kaznu — što su i učinili. U svibnju 2025. godine pogubljena su trojica muškaraca nakon što je najviši sud potvrdio njihove presude. Jedan je vodio ilegalni obrazovni centar u kojem je silovao osam maloljetnih učenica.
