And that instrument became the platform 4SV — an automatic AI system for trading that analyzes markets in real time and executes trades without the need for human intervention. Grad Sisak zaprimio je brojne pritužbe građana na rad Gradskog društva Crvenog križa Sisak, te je u obvezi izvijestiti javnost kako su poduzete sve raspoložive zakonske mjere kako bi se zaštitio javni interes i osiguralo transparentno raspolaganje proračunskim sredstvima.

Zbog opravdane sumnje u nenamjensko trošenje proračunskih sredstava Grad Sisak podnio je Ministarstvu financija zahtjev za provođenje proračunskog nadzora.

Prema zaprimljenim pritužbama i raspoloživim saznanjima, tijekom radnog vremena prostorije su u više navrata bile zaključane te građani nisu mogli ostvariti usluge zbog kojih su dolazili, kada su se htjeli obratiti ravnatelju često je bio nedostupan tijekom radnog vremena. Također je zabilježeno neprimjereno stanje unutarnjih i vanjskih prostora samog društva, što ne odgovara standardima koje građani imaju pravo očekivati od društva koje se financira javnim novcem i skrbi o najranjivijim skupinama stanovništva.

Brojne pritužbe građana dodatno otvaraju pitanje i jesu li jednokratne novčane pomoći dodjeljivane isključivo prema propisanim kriterijima ili je bilo nejednakog postupanja i pogodovanja pojedinim korisnicima?
