MOST SMŽ: Gašpar Šako podignula kaznene prijave zbog postupanja u projektu mega farmi Koordinatorica Mosta za Sisačko-moslavačku županiju Luce Gašpar Šako podnijela je dvije kaznene prijave nadležnim tijelima zbo postupanja vezano za projekte mega farmi u SMŽ. “Kaznene prijave podnesene su temeljem javno dostupne dokumentacije, uključujući izdana rješenja, suglasnosti i druge upravne akte koji su, prema dostupnim podacima, i dalje pravno na snazi. Riječ je o dokumentima koji proizvode pravne učinke do njihova eventualnog povlačenja ili isteka roka važenja, a pojedina rješenja vrijede do četiri godine.” – rekla je Luce Gašpar Šako. U prvoj kaznenoj prijavi obuhvaćeni su: ministrica zaštite okoliša i zelene tranzicije, župan Sisačko-moslavačke županije Ivan Celjak, gradonačelnik Grada Siska Domagoj Orlić, gradonačelnica Grada Petrinje Magdalena Komes i gradonačelnik Grada Gline Ivan Janković. „Dvije i pol godine pratim cijeli proces vezan uz projekte mega farmi u našoj Županiji. U posljednjim danima svjedočimo potpunom zaokretu u javnim istupima pojedinih dužnosnika, koji sada tvrde da su protiv tih investicija. Međutim, dokumenti koji su javno dostupni i dalje su pravno važeći. Nisu povučeni niti stavljeni izvan snage. Njihov sadržaj ne odgovara onome što se danas izjavljuje u javnosti. Smatram da postoji osnovana sumnja na počinjenje kaznenih djela i zato sam podnijela kaznene prijave“, poručila je Gašpar Šako. Prijava se odnosi na osnovanu sumnju u moguća kaznena djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju, davanja lažnog iskaza te sprječavanja dokazivanja. U drugoj kaznenoj prijavi obuhvaćeni su župan Ivan Celjak i gradonačelnica Siska Kristina Ikić Baniček, zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela iz članka 291. Kaznenog zakona – zlouporaba položaja i ovlasti. Prema Gašpar Šako, javno dostupna dokumentacija sadržajno odstupa od izjava koje su pojedini dužnosnici davali u Hrvatskom saboru, na sjednicama Županijske skupštine te u drugim javnim istupima. Istaknula je kako do danas nisu donesene nove odluke kojima bi se postojeći akti stavili izvan snage, niti su ranije izdana rješenja povučena. “Ovim putem pozivam Državno odvjetništvo Republike Hrvatske da postupi po prijavama, ispita sve navode i utvrdi postoje li elementi kaznene odgovornosti.
